Registrations for PATHOTIM events are made via our online registration system.
Upon receipt of your paid registration, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently. Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received an email confirming your paid registration. Refunds, less an administrative fee of 50 LEI, will be issued for all cancellations received two weeks prior to the start of the course. Refund requests must be received by email. No refund will be issued should cancellation occur less than two weeks prior. “No shows” are subject to the full course fee and no refunds will be issued once the course has started.

The following rates apply:
Early bird fee (until 20.03.2025)
Physicians – 800 RON
Residents – 550 RON
Regular fee (21.03.2025 – 01.05.2025)
Physicians – 900 RON
Residents – 650 RON
Late fee (after 1.05.2025)
Physicians – 1000 RON
Residents – 750 RON
UNIPAT MEMBERS BENEFIT FROM A REDUCED FEE. (below details in Romanian)
In etapa de plata a taxei, va rugam sa alegeti produsul corespunzator – membru UNIPAT. Prin plata acestei taxe sunteti de acord ca in situatia in care verificarea statusului de membru UNIPAT ne arata ca nu sunteti afiliat, nu veti putea participa la prezentarile lectorilor si nu veti primi diploma de participare cu credite EMC pana in momentul platii diferentei de suma pana la taxa normala.
